Fire Rehab Team Prepares Vehicle for New Branding
Staff Report / StCharles
This past weekend, members of the St. Charles County Fire Rehab volunteered at the station, assisted by the O'Fallon Fire Protection District. They prepared their response vehicle, a former ambulance donated by the St. Charles Fire Department, for new branding graphics.
The process included removing old paramedic branding and cleaning off sticky glue residue, which required significant effort. The vehicle is scheduled to be taken to Craftsman Industries in St. Charles on Wednesday, September 11th, for the application of the new graphics.
In addition to working on the vehicle, the team also organized supplies and cleaned the station. During this preparation period, the fire rehab service will be out of service for one or two days. The organization is requesting the community to refrain from fires during this time.
