St. Charles County Surpasses 300,000 Registered Voters

Staff Report / StCharles

For the first time, St. Charles County, Missouri, has surpassed 300,000 registered voters. This milestone was reached just days before the deadline for voter registration for the upcoming November General Election.

St. Charles County is recognized as the fastest-growing county in Missouri, with approximately 417,000 residents according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Election officials, including Bahr, anticipate that about 75% of registered voters will participate in the election.

Absentee voting is currently available, and in-person early voting will begin on October 22 at the Election Authority headquarters in St. Peters and at Element Church in Wentzville. Bahr expects daily attendance for early voting to range from 500 to 1,000 people as the election date approaches on November 5.
