Senior Tax Freeze Program Nears First Year End

The Senior Citizen Tax Freeze program in St. Charles County, Missouri, is nearing the end of its inaugural year. Enrollment for the program began in the spring, attracting 36,000 applicants, which sometimes created long lines at application sites.

As summer transitioned to fall, many applicants who had initially been rejected returned with the necessary paperwork to rectify the issues with their applications.
